is this the way the world has to be?
full of hatred and hope,
love and despair?
do we have to hate someone to survive?
why do i have to hate someone?
it's not fair. it's not by choice.
all those awkward times.
all those secrets.
for this hatred we must have hope.
we must find it.
it's because of this world that we must search.
we must search for everything.
searching wastes time for those things already found.
are those things found truly profound?
are they even coherent?
are they even needed?
do we have to love someone to survive?
is it truly our nature?
or is it just something "everyone" says so we have to believe it?
do we have to believe it or do we just decide to believe it?
is love truly worth all that heartbreak that leads right back to hatred?
is this the way the world has to be?
